I would like to seek for your permission that I will be able to conduct my individual Lay Apostolate activity entitled: Plant-A-Tree Project to a Healthier Environment in your school. This is in line with our Benedictine core values which the Lay Apostolate program is making the student realize. I in behalf of the Scholastican community would like to share this with you. Attached herewith is the approved (soft copy) activity proposal I will be conducting.

C. Title of Project: Plant-A-Tree Project to a Healthier Environment
D. Target Recipient/Participant:
a. Malabon Hulong Duhat Grade school students and faculty
E. Target Date & Time: September 30, 2013; 7:00 A.M.-10:30A.M.
F. Target Venue/Place: Malabon Elementary School
G. Objectives:
a. To be able to help the environment through the tree planting programme in their school
b. To be able to let the children experience to save the earth through simple ways and reduce flooding in their school like a tree planting activity
c. To be able to help the children learn how to tree plants in their community and school in order to have a cleaner and greener environment
d. To make a longer beneficial effects to the following: environment, communal, and social
H. Guidelines/Mechanics:
a. Before the Activity:
i. There will be an introduction and talk/presentation with the selected grade school pupils about the environment and the tree planting activity. ii. The selected grade school students will be given a choice to find his/her pair and will be given one tree to plant.
b. During the Activity:
i. The selected grade school pupils will be taught how to plant the tree by the facilitator with the guest speaker. ii. The facilitator will then check the trees if it is properly done for the designated area. iii. The facilitator will now be evaluated by the people in
