For this assignment I am going to be looking at how the body reacts with the different systems in an acute exercise. For this I am going to be doing my own exercises to see how it feels when the systems gone under exercises. Musculoskeletal System
When you are doing your training or exercise the Musculoskeletal system will increased blood supply during the exercise and a higher demand for nutrients like carbohydrates and fats to energise the body and the muscles. The reasons for this is because it will carry around the oxygen the body needs to continue in the exercise. So when this happens the muscles are more likely to pull then tear when training when the muscles are warmed.
When the muscles get warm they will be able to move further then they use to. This means the body is increasing the range of movement, the reason the body does this is to make sure that the body can handle the stress that it is going under and be able to get use to it and get stronger after. The reason for the muscles to move further is that the joints are covered in a fluid and that fluid is called synovial fluids.

This will cause your muscles to have micro tears you usually fell this after your training or sometimes right after the set that you have just done if you are working with heavy weights which will put a lot more strain onto the muscles. Most of the time when your done with your training you fell the soreness if your arms that is a sign of your muscles having micro tears. After, you're done training your body will repair the micro tears and will increase the strength of the
