MARKETING REPORT 1. INTRODUCTION
Coffeehouse, coffee shop, and café are related terms for an establishment which primarily serves prepared coffee or other hot beverages. It shares some of the same characteristics of a bar or restaurant, but a little bigger than a cafeteria. coffeehouses focus on providing coffee and tea as well as light snacks and in many middle east countries they even provide shishas.
Various legends involving the introduction of coffee to Istanbul at a "Kiva Han" in the late 15th century circulate in culinary tradition, but with no documentation.
In India, many coffee culture has gained a lot of ground in last twenty years, Indian coffeehouse chains like Indian Coffee House, Café Coffee Day, Barista Lavazza have become very popular in recent years. Cafes are considered good venues to conduct office meetings and friends hang out.
2. IDEA OF THE CAFÉ:
Our idea of a café is from Aladdin. Our exterior is gonna look like old middle east kind of palace of around 7000 sq. feet 2 floored building with a tomb. We would be taking the amazing weather in our benefit i.e we’ll provide an open area SHACKS for people in a nice landscaped garden with nice wooden low risen tables and beds like seating around it with lots of cushions to make the stay there comfortable. All our customer who would like to enjoy the weather and the nature, as well as a closed area for people who like to enjoy sitting inside and sip on there coffees and food from our wonderful and delicious snacks and meals choices.
We’ll be providing with private area on the second floor which would be privatized with private shacks with buzzer system to call the waiter.
