First thing first, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Nuraini Jamil, one of the lecturer at Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, who play her role as adviser in this project. A lot of thanks to her who the one that guide me to write this video advertisement proposal. I appreciate every consultation that really encourage me to prepare this writing proposal. I try to put every elements that she has taught me before in this proposal. Hopefully, this proposal will not disappointing and satisfying every side.

Besides, I want to thanks to all my friends who are really considered about my ideas to create the video advertisement. Without any consideration from them, I think the propose to create it will not be interesting. Thanks again to all my friends that give moral support to me in this project.

This writing proposal is about the propose idea to create a 12 second video advertisement. I have try to put and share every propose of my idea in this writing proposal. Firstly, I try to find out the current issue among our Malaysian community. When I’ve found it out, I
