Ignoring the Dangers of Adderall: No Prescription Equals No Problem? Wrong! The so called innocent consumption of Adderall for non-medicinal purposes by students attending high schools and colleges as a study aid without thoughtfully considering the negative impacts such as abuse leading to addiction, unforeseen health issues, and imprisonment is undeniably wrong. Nonmedical users of Adderall are in a self-deception mode with the drug. Their beliefs are the stimulant can provide a boost or increase mental performance. Sorry, Adderall does not make you more intellectual either does it make it okay for one to consume the drug if he or she is not prescribed the drug.
