Administrative Assistant Job Analysis
Let’s say we have a job opening for an administrative assistant. It’s a full-time position and the required days and hours are from Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. It includes benefits, PTO, and a 401(k). Listed are some of the job responsibilities for this position.

The successful candidate must be organized, motivated, and friendly, since he or she will be the first person guests see when entering the building and hear when calling on the phone. The abilities to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and set up flight arrangements are required, and he or she must have knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

So, when interviewing candidates, you want to be sure to ask questions about their experience, skills, successes, and ability to multi-task.
