Being from a Korean immigrant family, I follow a culture that was different to other people’s. I spoke Korean in my house, ate Korean food, and occasionally engaged in Korean traditional activities. When I was in Elementary school, I remember my peers often making comments on my Korean lunch which was gimbab as I was eating.
