Project Management very important in any organizations and companies, also can use in personal life to manage their life style depend on their capabilities. Project Management shares many of personal and group’s ideas, philosophies and a few anecdotes that help to achieve goal. Project management courses techniques or skills focus on project of scope, time, cost, quality, human, risk, communication, procurement and integrated management. As Warren Buffett said, “In the business world, the rear-view mirror is always clearer than the windshield.” I see this not so much a tribute to the person running the project as much as to acknowledging a set of principles, techniques and values that are being used to effectively bring out the best in a project team.

As per Professor Dr.Harold Kerzner (PhD, MS, Engineering and MBA) from International Institute for Learning said: “Project management is the planning, organizing, directing and controlling of company organization resources for a relatively short-term objective and to utilizes the systems approached to management by having functional personnel assigned to a specific project that has been established to complete specific goal and objectives.

Project Management techniques/skills and thoughts always work for every company, organization and also for everyone. What we need to do is brings that things a bit differently. That’s what makes project management so enjoyable, that’s because we’re all different! However, very important to us are constantly looking for new ideas and for better ways of doing things. I hope this will provide such a catalyst to stimulate new thoughts and perhaps bring more attention to the human who involved.

In this excerpt from the book Silent Spring, Rachel Carson racks up her score in the using rhetorical devices game in an attempt to convey her heartfelt message of the bird holocaust of 1959, where the farmers (or basically bird Hitlers), sprayed gas and poison all over the innocent woodland creatures.…
