Adventure Works is a growing company with lots of potentials. The Internet became a big part of everyones life. There are ways that Adventure Works can increase its profit by use of Business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce strategy, which is a way that business are conducted, a seller and a buyer both are business organizations. We can reach more suppliers in the different geographical region if we start conducting business online and if we do it with B2B e-commerce strategy we can eliminate channel conflict. B2B will help Adventure Works create a better relationship not only with retailers, but also with suppliers. The consistent order from retailers will lead to consistent purchase of supplies, which will lead to a better relationship and purchase of supplies at the discount rates. Another way that will help Adventure Works business if we get involved with social media. Social media is a great efficient way to market our products and also receive positive and negative inputs directly from customers about our products. Social media will help Adventure Works to know what needs to be improved.
