We’ll also move ahead with liquidating the American Funds joint account, and get that check sent to them so they can deposit that into the Capital One savings account.
In addition, Mark will be liquidating the Vanguard stock, as well to make it part of the JIRAX investment. They have the funds to go ahead and write the check now, so we’ll go ahead and prep the paperwork to get that going. They are in tow locations, so they’ll handle the signatures as needed, perhaps even fax documents to each of them or between each of them, is something that they’ll handle and take care of. We can forward that paperwork immediately though with instructions on who to make the check payable too, etc. We are also to email Mark a copy of the 401(k) allocation recommendation that was on the last page of the plan so he has it handy to go in and make those corrections or the changes, not corrections, but changes to his 401(k)
account.
We did complete the actionator and documented some details there, most of which will be handled quickly with regards to paperwork and when things get completed. We did have the long-term care discussion and mentioned and discussed that we could only obtain quotes for Mark because of the prescreening they would not offer any quotations at this time for Dana. We did review the options there for him, it is something they’ll keep on the backburner, keep on the table for consideration and take a look at down the road.
In progress, right now, is some consolidating of lower interest saving types of accounts into the Capital One. It’s an ongoing, in process, type of task that they are working on, as we notated that on the actionator as well.
We’ll email a copy of the advocate-advantage presentation. We’ll hard copy the actionator in with the paperwork to them, and we will look to re-group or do our next check-in meeting with them sometime in October. That would be the game plan refresh meeting at that time. That’s good for them on that timing to check-in to see how things are progressing and see how things are moving.
