JOINT AFFIDAVIT

THAT WE DOMINADOR EUGENIO and ANICIA DALUPANG, both of legal age, Filipinos, married and residence of Lourdes, Angadanan, Isabela after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law depose and say; That we are all residence of Lourdes, Angadanan, Isabela and pioneers of the place and we know the land holdings of our neighbors and barangay mates;

That we know the fact that Lot No. 1346, Pls-259 was occupied and cultivated by JOSE TAGUBA , CESAR LOPEZ and MARTIN CARABBACAN since time immemorial up to present;

That we do not know of any persons except the above persons who enter and cultivated the said parcel of land nor have been said claimants to have caused the survey of Lot. No. 1346, Pls-259;

That we also know the survey thereof of the above persons have not been distributed and or molested less by the alleged claimant in the records of the CENR Office, Sillawit, Cauayan City, Isabela.

That we have executed the foregoing instrument to state the truth base from our knowledge and belief and information and that we have not been paid in doing so nor promised of any kind of material considerations;

That we have understand the contents of this affidavit it being translated to us in Ilocano dialect, which we fully understand and speak well and we do confirm that is our voluntary act and deed.
