For sport scholarships “male athletes get $179,000,000 more in athletic scholarships each year than females do.” (Collins, 2013) that difference is too big it causes women to stop playing sport it makes them feel bad about themselves.”No matter how toughened a sportswoman may be, her organism is not cut out to sustain certain shocks.” (Collins 2013) a lot of women would take the chances to play the sport they love in professionals but they can't because they don't that sport in professionals. “Passed in 1972, Title IX was a landmark piece of legislations that banned sexual discrimination in all schools, including in athletics. It applies to all state and local agencies that receive education funds, which includes school districts, colleges, universities, libraries and museums. I believe that the United States has the best rights for women. I think some countries don't treat women fairly because “Only four out of over 135 nations have achieved gender equality including Costa Rica, Cuba, Sweden, and Norway. Yemen was scored the lowest across all dimensions. Measures of gender equality include access to basic education, health and life expectancy”(Kamrany, 2012).
