A. “Zeal, Perseverance, Motivation and Effort.” The words that can describe any individual to become different! Explaining an individual task at hand on to completing or becoming anything is using mere “words”. But with GRIT, we can be the change.
B. Grit is described to be “a positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual’s passion for a particular long-term goal or end state, coupled with a powerful motivation to achieve their respective objective.” What seems to be easy, it’s hard becoming it.
C. I say what I am going to do, but I never follow through. When expressing my thoughts, I tend to be very proficient; however, I lack zeal. I will use this as a sign to not have grit, but to become GRITTY.

“Agreeableness” describes me very well; however, I have to put it into my life more often because it can reveal the person I’m supposed to be.
4. “Neuroticism”, everyone has it; consequently, people let anxiety, fear, moodiness, worry, envy, and frustration take control of their life. Unless there is change upon us, we will live in a neurotic way.
Second main point (second strongest)
A. GRIT
1. As I gave the definition of grit, I never thought to make it an initial process towards my life. Since I have the opportunity, I will put the use of GRIT into action.
2. Where I have the ability to engage in something new, I will start to challenge myself.
B. Using GRIT
1. While engaging into something new such as grit, I will make it where I set myself to think about my long-term goals. I know where I want to go; however, I must stay focused and be ready. My lifestyle is not bad; hence, me being lazy, procrastinating on a lot of things can defeat the purpose of having grit.

Where new objectives lie, I will tackle them like a defensive lineman to a running back. It’s time to put grit to my lifestyle, and set it off like a landmine blowing up. I have to give my mind something new to learn, so I can make it a habit.
2. Gritty people as Caroline Adams Miller states “have the confidence to ask themselves “why not?” instead of “why?” when faced with a challenge. That being said, grit is more profound than what I’ve thought; therefore, I will show my dedication to all things and take good risks to defeat my limitations.
Third main point (weakest)
A. Limitations
1. My limitations play a key factor into having grit; furthermore, I must see beyond what is stopping me, while I continue towards my goal.
1. My goal is to have few limitations so that I can test myself on those restrictions.
B. Applying Difference
1. My high school ROTC instructor MSgt Chatman once told me, that “If I work hard now, I can enjoy the benefits later.” After he told me that, I never thought to apply it to my life. Until now, funny, he gave me a realization that life is not always about fun and living life for the world. I live life in the way God has it; however, I do fall back sometimes where he catches me telling me “Don’t give up, For I am with
