Land Preparation
When preparing the land it was cleared of shrubs, weeds and grass via a brush cutter. The grass was taken away in a wheel barrow and was disposed of .The rake was used to get rid of roots left behind by weeds. A hoe was used to form the bed and construct path ways between the beds. The beds created were ridges and furrows beds.
Planting
The seedlings were removed from the tray and they were then placed into holes made by pushing two fingers into the soil. After being placed into the soil the roots were covered with soil.
Watering
The seedlings were then watered daily. Extra caution was in place when watering to prevent water logging of plants.
