1. Be a current Honors Accounting student who has enrolled in and will be entering the MBA program in the Summer of 2012Winter 20132015 to Fall 2015.
2. Have an overall grade point average of 3.25.
3. Provide evidence of demonstrated leadership over the past few years. Write an essay that distinguishes a leader from others and thoughtfully reflect on how you have exhibited leadership in your community, work, school or extracurricular activities. Keep your personal leadership examples current (e.g. no high school accomplishments), assess the effectiveness of your leadership roles and share what you have learned through those experiences. Essays should be written in APA style and 3-4 pages in length.
4. If granted, agree to complete the honors program and consent to returning the award if leaving the program prior to graduation.
The student’s financial aid package will be reviewed and considered, and the award recipients will be selected by the Honors Accounting Committee.
