Aim
The aim of this project is to “Plan and host a website which will solve all the problems faced by Events Ltd while helping in marketing and raising awareness in both locally as well as globally. Also it should be able to increase performance and efficiency and aid the business needs of Event Ltd”.
Objectives
1. Project Objectives
1.1 Break down the process of developing the project into manageable and achievable sizes.
1.2 Planning and scheduling of the development of the website
1.3 Negotiate with the Project sponsor and bring down qualified and needed individuals to the team.
1.4 Analyze and plan the costing and forward a report
1.5 Efficiently allocate resources to the building of the website and monitor the progress continuously.
1.6 Add other features and functionalities to solve the other addressed problem.
2. Product Objectives
2.1 To deliver a website that would help in marketing and raising awareness both in UK as well as globally.
2.2 To deliver a system that could help to increase the revenue generated by shops via an online shop to promote products for parties which display the respective hires too.
2.3 To deliver a website where it will help in the recruitment process by allowing to advertise vacancies efficiently.
2.4 To deliver a system where it can be linked in to other social media network efficiently.
2.5 To deliver a website where it facilitates online booking and appointment scheduling system for delivery of product and equipment hired.
2.6 To deliver a website which will assure greater consistency in sales throughout the year.
2.7 To deliver a system where total daily sales, most performing shop and other details are shown in a reliable way to the user as well as to the related authorities.
2.8 To deliver a system by including new functionalities like employee login section where employees can login and update their information regarding them.
