Description of Business
The name of my business:
The nature of my business: sole trader
My objective: to make enough profit within the first year to expand the business by opening another restaurant
Goods being produced: various fast foods
Proposed start date: one week from now
Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 1am, Friday to Saturday from 10am to 1:30 am and Sunday from 10:30 am to 10pm
Location of business: #1 chin chin road, southern main road, cunupia, chaguanas

Justification of Location
I have chosen this location because: it’s in a highly populated area, it’s in an industrial estate (cheap rent) close to poultry deport (supplier of raw materials) it is also near three schools (two primary schools and a secondary school)and the is free parking available outside the restaurant

Type of Production There are three types of production: primary production: extracting raw materials from the earth, such as coal, fish and wheat. Raw materials are mined, collected, grown or cut down.
