The purpose of my proposal is to request more complete and efficient recreational facilities in campus, which include shallow waters zone (swimming pools) and the badminton courts, to avoiding the lack of facilities or the long-time waiting facilities that demand of students and faculty. Firstly, the shallow water swimming pool in the Recreation Center are usually closing or occupying by swimming class, which is so inconvenience for students who are unfamiliar with swimming or those who want to learn swim by themselves without joining a class. In addition, a part of deep water zones are usually closing as well, which makes the swimming area more inadequate. Many students complain this issue more often. Relative departments should solve this problem as soon as possible to satisfy the students with a convenient sports and exercise environment. Secondly, as I observed, badminton is a popular sports for students. However, so many people wait around the badminton court since the narrow and inadequate courts in the Rec Center. There are some unoccupied space outside the back of the Rec Center, which can be applied to develop as badminton courts. It not only provide enough space for students and faculty, but also make complete utilization of the space in campus.…

Foremost, strive for your group to have at most six people; the more individuals in the group would cause scheduling meetings strenuous as everyone would be occupied at different dates. Therefore, the less participants will allow for a larger variety of dates. Furthermore, a smaller group could in fact boost the concentration and assiduity in your group. From my observations, it appears that when my group uniformly divided the workload among the eight people, they became blindsided by their ignorance. This ignorance results as they conclude that they have weeks to finish a small quantity of work; therefore, their mindset would ultimately drift astray. From this theory, I would advocate for smaller groups, the larger workload resulting from a miniature group would make the individuals realize the severity of time and this event all together. Also, I would advise any group to perform extensive advertisement. Advertisement is a fundamental aspect in business that will attract more customers to buy your product. As a result, I recommend creating appealing posters to hang around the school. Furthermore, it would be cunning to advertise early ticket sales on the ads. From my perspective on the event day, the majority of the older students would rely one excuse: “I didn’t bring money.” Consequently, you should inform people to buy tickets days ahead of time at the student bank to allow people to have tickets and possibly spend it on your booth. Additionally, you should be assembled in the scenario that it rains; most pivotally, there should be an umbrella for every single group member. This will ensure that no one in the group will get soaked, and it would make the cleaning-up procedure efficiently and pessimistically. Moreover, the canopy will be the vital lifeblood of the booth; without the canopy, the natural elements will be a…
