A pro is that Alex will always get the most out of his fellow co-workers, pushing them to constantly complete many tasks in a limited amount of time. A con following this is that the workers will eventually become burned out and overtime lose motivation to continue on with the strenuous work environment. Someone like Alex is also quickly ticked off by bad work, losing his temperament and not holding back criticism. Alex’s personality also comes with the benefit of being self-manageable and driven; you can give him a task and have complete confidence he will find a way to get it done.
