Aliens are extraterrestrial beings that are rumoured to have visited earth hundreds of times. The existence of these creatures has been contemplated since 329 BC and many believe they are either from another planet, humans from the future, or they have travelled from another dimension. Since then, there have been abductions and UFO sightings across the globe. Aliens are most often described as grey and thin with a large head.
