real? He laughs it off and carries on with his night. Only to wake up the next morning to see a crashed UFO in his backyard. According to the research of scientists, the sightings of millions, and the secret files of the government it's very likely that extraterrestrial life is real.
Throughout history, people have always questioned whether or not aliens are real and if they have visited the planet. From the elder catholics to the sightings in Roswell, New Mexico, aliens are very much real and have visited our planet (Sheehan). For those skeptics out there researchers say that there is a “1 in 10 billion trillion chance” that there isn't extraterrestrial life in the universe. Adam Frank, Professor at university of Rochester, agrees that aliens have been visiting our planet since the beginning (Shekhtman). A Russian telescope picked up a signal from a far off planet. Paul Gilster says if the signal was sent from aliens, the aliens would be very much more advanced than our own here on earth. An Italian astronomer, Claudio Maccone, thinks the signal could be extraterrestrials trying to talk with the earth's civilization (Griffiths). In fact, scientists have found 3 planets that have an atmosphere similar to Earth's, which they believe could hold life. Though researchers aren't sure, they think that the planet's atmosphere could be just perfect for life (Feltman).
Many people believe they have sighted an alien or UFO, though it may happen more in one place, such as in San Luis Valley, Colorado. In fact, it has happened so often that one woman used her ranch to build a watchtower for others to come and see the UFOs. That woman being Judy Messoline, she realized that she couldn't keep cows on her ranch without them being killed. Flabbergasted, she soon noticed the grand UFOs flying around her ranch at night and thought more people should see this . So she opened the watchtower to the public and they came in waves (Radford). This isn't the only place aliens are common, in Roswell, New Mexico, there is supposedly a base called area 51, which is, again supposedly, where the government places all their alien collectables . Not far from Roswell, in Corona, New Mexico a man found several pieces of a possible UFO. Stanton Friedman, a nuclear physicist, described the material of pieces as super lightweight and “couldn't be dented by a sledgehammer or burned by a blowtorch” (Stacy). Onto other news, Stephen Bassett thinks aliens could be kind creatures, and that in some abduction cases the aliens would converse with the abductee. Bassett also believes that the catholic church has always known of extraterrestrial life (Sheehan).
Soon the news of the so called UFO crash erupted into the news, but was soon squashed by the military .
The military telling everyone it was only a crashed weather balloon (Stacy). Which brings the fact that the government does everything in there power to cover any little thing about aliens or ufos up, but says they aren't real. Seems a little off-putting. Considering how many people have claimed to see a UFO or even been abducted by aliens themselves. Bill Richardson, New Mexico governor, even wants the government to be open with all of the knowledge of aliens (Fromson). “ Roughly seven in ten people” think the government is not telling the world what they know of extraterrestrial life (Radford). Stanton Friedman calls the cover ups the “Cosmic Watergate” (Stacy). The government has spent at least 7 billion dollars on keeping files about UFOs secret (Douglas). In fact, the government is trying so hard that anyone who get their hands on a file can't even read it because they have at least ¾ of the file blacked out. Due to the dishonesty of the government many files regarding aliens or UFOs will never see the light …show more content…

To finish off the story, the dad becomes a lobbyists, or a UFO researcher, and soon found himself inside an alien spacecraft.
The man’s daughter was taken that night the UFO crashed and he has since been searching for her. Once he boards the UFO all he sees is a white light, he covers his face to shield his eyes. He then hears a disembodied voice coming from, it seems, all around him. The voice seemed to carry him to another room, a room where his daughter lay on a table. He quickly grabbed her and tried to find a way out. He heard a loud siren and dropped to the floor in self-defense, wrapping his daughter under his body. The sound stopped abruptly and he looked up hesitantly, seeing that he was back in the desert. Immediately he looked down at his daughter, scared she wasn't really there. He knows that no one will ever believe what happened, but as long as his family believes him, he can be content. Though that doesn't mean he won't stop trying to find hardcore proof for the world to see. He begins to take it one step at a time...The possibility that aliens are real will always be there. There has always been proof. Maybe not what some would call substantial proof, but proof is there. Whether one wants to believe in that proof is up to them. For those who believe in God, but not aliens, Reverend Jose Gabriel Funes thinks that if one doesn't believe in aliens, then they are “putting limits on God’s creative freedom”
(Sheehan).
