North of the intersection, Brimley and McNicoll, resides a school called Agnes Macphail Public School. The school is named after Agnes Campbell Macphail, a Canadian politician who served as the first female Member of Parliament in the Canadian House of Commons. The school, founded in 1981, stood for many of the same things that Macphail did, including her commitment to greatness. Macphail, the MP, made ripples in equality and Canadian politics with her penal reforms , while Macphail the PS is one of several Toronto Gold Eco Schools and strives to give students access to educational technology and a plethora of extracurricular activities. I’ve been told that the school has an extensive amount of clubs for a school its size which yield back to…
Given the distance, traffic conditions, and added times because of carpooling it is reasonable to expect that Tevia’s commute to and from school will be an hour each way if not more.…

Luis Canostriuino Pulido from Columbia is a nursing student attending Inlet Grove Community High school. While attending Medgar Evers College, the opportunities I was afforded were second to none. I as able to affiliate or align myself with amazing advisors like Levar Burke, who was extremely fundamental while I trod the path of pursuing my career goals. He provided necessary support needed even if some of what he had to say was not what I want to hear. I’ve also had the opportunity to build rapports with like-minded individuals throughout my reigns as Junior Class Representative and Strategic Planner in the AAF organization on campus. Medgar Evers is overall a nurturing environment with a dynamic support system.…

Mounds Park Academy is an independent private school that offers education for talented students who are motivated to become a part of a community where both academic, and athletic success is celebrated. The school looks to admit students who have shown that they have the ability to master their school curriculum, and who have an enthusiasm for learning. The school firmly believes in family involvement throughout their student's education as the school provides a challenging curriculum in which each student will need support as they grow both developmentally and emotionally. In addition, the school seeks to include both a multicultural and diverse community, therefore not discriminating against admission of students on any grounds related to religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or class status.…
Thursday, September , 2011. This marks the start date of the Class of 2011's first and last full year at Oxbow Prairie Horizons School (OPHS), the new K-12 school in Oxbow, Saskatchewan. It's an absolutely gorgeous facility, complete with a large gym (equipped with top-of-the-line sound and lighting systems), integrated program for the functionally challenged students, large foyer, kitchen and even an extra gym. The building is plenty big and even has removable classrooms, but every rose has its thorn, right? Or in OPHS' case, thorns.…
I can definitively, and honestly state that Paul L. Foster School of Medicine is the school of which I have the greatest interest in attending. For eighteen years, I have called the border city of El Paso my home. Our amiable and uniquely culturally diverse population is the reason that I have found living in El Paso to be extremely comforting. The loving nature of the people of El Paso allowed me to develop many friendships, which helped create countless beautiful memories. I want nothing more than to continue my education in El Paso, and to watch this city continue to evolve. Further, I wish to practice medicine in this community which has given so much to my family and me.…

the reason why County Prep is my first choice is because like no other school it is advanced it can help you throughout your life, it will prepare you for your dream. County Prep many goals such as Medical Science, Performing/Art, Audio Technology, and much more. If I were accepted to County Prep, I would participate in extracurricular activities, such as soccer, art, Advanced Technology. County Prep is a really safe school and many kids like me would love to attend County Prep. Another reason I would love to attend this school is because it has transportation. Many schools don not have transportation. the bus picks you up from your house and takes you to school. I have friends that go to County Prep and they say " It is a great school and…
At a service academy, the people that attend are there to get an education and train to be an officer in the military. They are there to gain valuable life and military skills. In my opinion, that is more appealing than any college. I want to surround myself with people that have the same goals and aspirations as me, and I believe that the Academy can provide that. During the week that I was at the Air Force summer seminar, I learned about life at the Academy. I knew going into that week, that I would either love it or hate it. Throughout the week I spent time doing physical training, going to classes, and learning about life at the Academy. After that week, I knew I wanted to attend the Air Force Academy. I knew I belonged. I want to attend…
Abilene Christian University exceeds my expectations of a Christian University. I would like to go to a school that not only calls themselves "Christian" but actually acknowledges Jesus Christ as the rock of their school and education. Personally, God comes first in my life, a university that feels the same is absolutely magnificent! My beliefs are such that it is not about a religion but rather a relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. I do not belong to a denomination, I belong to God only because the relationship that we have is much greater than any religious personnel could give me.…
I really enjoyed the rest of my time at Nathaniel Alexander. The first week I was there was when I did all of my observations and small group lessons. They went really well and the students seemed really interested in what I was teaching them! The classrooms were so technologically…
