Alumni Information Management System
Introduction Web-based system is very renowned worldwide especially due to the fact that Internet have revolutionized the communication arena. iCSUan, an Alumni Information Management System is a web-based system giving the campus a quick access to its products. It can be source of reference and information of the alumni member such activities and news. This system is beneficial to the campus for this can be an easier way to contact and locate the graduates of Cagayan State University of Gonzaga.
Purpose and Description of the Project The Alumni Information Management System was developed to be a source of references and information of Cagayan State University Gonzaga Campus’ alumni. The system was developed to provide immediate access of the location and contact of the Alumni member. Alumni Information Management System exists to support the organizational goals and to strengthen the ties among the members of alumni, and the community. Its purpose is to foster the spirit of loyalty and to promote general welfare of the organization.
Objective of the System The system aims to provide a web-based scheme of saving the names of all the graduates or products of Cagayan State University – Gonzaga as well as their contacts, their current addresses and their occupation.
Specifically, this aims to: 1. Provide instant access if where is the member, his/her current work and his/her contacts. 2. Implement a computerized system to be more fast and accurate. 3. To gather the latest information from the members. 4. To enable the Alumni Related Offices to disseminate news and information about alumni activities and updates to all the members. 5. To be a source of reference and information of the members.
