SUMMARY

The aim of this paper is to show the importance of the process skills. In order to understand better the theory about process skills I have included the example of Amancio Ortega and his mastery managing processes.
Amancio Ortega has created several processes in which he has based his success such as design, sourcing and production, distribution and store operations. W e will be able to understand the theory through seeing how
Amancio Ortega has performed his own processes.
