I mean you couldn’t possibly, considering the way you cut and burn them down to the ground, like their nothing. Well let me tell you, trees are essential for life. They clean up our pollution and carbon, they contribute to the cycling of our water and with less and fewer trees to continue the water cycle their role in transpiring the water will have been ruined. Resulting in land degradation which is dry patches of the Earth. Trees offer us medicines that cure our illnesses and give us food that feeds our families. Think about how you breathe; you breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide, plants and trees do the opposite. They absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen through a process called photosynthesis. When we cut down massive amounts of trees, carbon dioxide is no longer absorbed into the trees, and it stays in the atmosphere. With no more carbon dioxide being absorbed, this increases the problem of greenhouse gases and global warming. So why are you allowing companies to torture The Amazon Rainforest. The Amazon is burning down right now as I speak to you. Being cut down with ruthless machinery, at a horrific rate of 40 football fields every minute.
