REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager, Starbucks Hear Music
JOB OBJECTIVE: Accountable for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Staying up to date with the latest music trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To manage and organize all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities • Responsible for the marketing of Starbucks “Hear Music” products and services to the right market • Conducting the market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products and consumers • Analysing customer research, existing market conditions and competitor data • The development and implementation of marketing plans/projects for new and existing products • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results • Determining and being able to p8manage the marketing budget • The development of the best pricing strategy • Connections with the media and advertising
REALATIONSHIPS AND ROLES
• Communicating with administrations • Dealing with the Music companies • Training Staff in the technical aspects of Music Bars • Putting together marketing and promotion campaigns • Client satisfaction surveys • Client development activities • Client skills training • Special events • Dealing with technical issues (installation & equipment maintenance) • Show skill to make connections between the manager and the company workers.
