American Automobile Association, Inc Report
AAA(American Automobile Association, Inc.): - AAA (the American Automobile Association, Inc.) is a federation of affiliated automobile clubs. Each AAA club is an independent, not-for-profit organization, chartered and incorporated in its own state and controlled by its own Board of Directors. In order to be affiliated with AAA, each club agrees to provide certain standard services to its own members, as well as members of other AAA clubs. The individual club owns the territory in which it resides, and membership is based on residence. Exact dues and services will vary slightly between clubs.

Since 2000, Satish Mahajan has served as VP & CIO for AAA. He works with AAA and CAA clubs to design, develop and maintain Internet and extranet services, software applications and information security systems and to manage network systems, including voice and data communications. Mahajan began his career at AAA in 1990 as director of Information Services for AAA Ohio Motorists Association.
Prior to working with AAA, Mahajan was employed by Unisys, where he held various technical and managerial roles.
Mahajan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. He serves on the advisory boards of several companies and non-profit organizations.
