America what does this means to you? To me this country represents hope. Our hope for our country to survive is what keeps us together during the trials and error. That’s what helps us in the future. This country learned from the trial and errors it went through.What helped our country survive is the hope of the people. That’s what brought this country together. Even through the trials and errors it is hope that brings us back together. Hope is what keeps us going through the good and bad times.
What defines this country? Our history is the key to our success. Without Christopher Columbus we wouldn’t be here or as advance as we are today. History is what helps us learn from our mistakes. George Santayana once said “ if you do not learn from your mistakes then you are doomed to repeat it”. We grow from our trials and errors. Like Thomas Edison said “ I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work” and this man created the lightbulb. Without going through the trials Thomas Edison wouldn’t have be able to perfect the light bulb. It’s what defines our country and help stand together. Our growth is from the trials and errors from or past times.
