In the novel “among the betrayed” there in the country they live in, each family is only allowed to have 2 kids. In the fiction novel “Among the Betrayed” by Margaret Peterson. Nina has been betrayed by the boy she loves. Nina is the main character; she is the third child. And she went to jail for exposing her alleged third child. Later in the book, she has one big choice to make. The police were the ones who arrested the third child and their parents. And some/most of the time, they kill innocent children.
