A case of a 65-year-old female named Loretta Macpherson, who died after a medication error in Oregon was brought up in the CBS News in December 4, 2014. Ms. Macpherson was mistakenly given a paralyzing agent called rocuronium, instead of an anti-seizure medication called fosphenytoin. This incident caused her to stop breathing, go into cardiac arrest and lead to irreversible brain damage (CBS Interactive Inc., 2014). According to Dr. Michael Boileau, “that mistake, that error, has caused her death” (Moran, L., 2014). During the investigation, they found that the right prescription of fosphenytoin was done. Vera Bradley needs to come up with innovative strategies that will improve company performance. First of all, the firm's marketing department needs to use their sales techniques to attract customers so that they can increase brand awareness which will result in generating revenue. Secondly, Vera Bradley has to capitalize on their resources in North America because they understand that market segmentation. Thirdly, they have to penetrate the Asia-Pacific region because the incomes in China and India are increasing so these people can afford the products. Due to the limited staffing the district claimed it could not hold a PET until “a receiving high school is located and provides the necessary professionals” (Parent v. Trenton, 1999, p.9). Under these circumstances a single administrator was left in the advocacy role, which was found to not be in compliance with special education regulations.…
The case of my client, Patricia Stallings, is one with great controversy. We have opened her case again because of substantial evidence of her innocence. I believe that my client is innocent of the charges the court has wrongly fully accused her of. True, at the beginning of the case it seemed like a classic case of an abusive mother poisoning her own child; however with the birth of her 2nd child, David Jr., important new evidence was discovered. He suffered from the same symptoms that Ryan had suffered. But how could David Jr. be poisoned when his mother was behind bars? More testing was done on Ryan’s blood and many laboratories have found strong evidence in the possibility of…
Amy Rowley was a student at Furnace Woods School in the Hendrick Hudson Central School District; Peekskill, N.Y. Amy had very little if any residual hearing but, she was an excellent lip reader. A year before Amy was to attend school a meeting was set up for Amy and her parents to meet with the school administrator. It was a reciprocal decision to place Amy in a regular kindergarten class on a trial basis. Many administrators of the school were to take a course in sign language to help in the communications with Amy. The principal’s office was equipped with a teletype machine as both of Amy’s parents were also deaf. At the end of the trial basis it was decided by the administrators as well as Amy’s parents that she should stay in a regular classroom. Amy was provided an FM transmitter, which amplified the voice of the…
In the case of the Board of Education vs. Rowley (458 U.S. 176, 1982) the question was posed by the parents of a hearing impaired student that the school districts refusal to provide a sign language interpreter violated their daughter's right to a free, appropriate public education. It is my opinion that the decision by the Appellate court was in good faith.…
Recently, an interesting case of murder involving a young married woman was unravelled by the crime scene team. The collection of evidence and laboratory examination of exhibits provided the corroborative evidence necessary to prove the victim’s in-laws were trying to mislead the Investigating Officer by fabricating a story of looting and murder…

After that my thoughts would go to looking for the best solution after considering all the alternatives, with the end goal being to have a working, reliable vehicle.…
