Upon walking only two blocks the thread from the shoe started to unravel and the “genuine leather” began to strip, it then became apparent to Mary that the shoe was not made of genuine leather nor to last up to three years. Mary became very upset and frustrated. After such a long day at work she decided to go home and relax in her Lazyboy Recliner hoping that at least one thing she bought from Big Lot Variety Store would be of some quality.
Upon taking a seat Mary reached for the handle to recline the chair but unfortunately the handle was very difficult to lift. After a few tries Mary then realized that the handle was not working.
