In the “ Happy Basket”, Moore writes that one of her ingredients for happiness is “significant contact with natural world”. Do you agree? What is “significant contact” (how much)?
Since I was a baby, I have had a closed sense with natural world. I was really happy whenever my parents brought me to the beach or to the mountain. Immersing myself in sunlight, I heard some sound from birds, chop or rustling of leaves. When I grow up, I'm also feel good whenever I go outside with my family and my friends to observe changing of seasons, climates. On spring, I usually sit under a tree's shadow for smelling germination of tree, and floral. Sometimes, I'm extremely curious about what two birds talk together, and image that I can understand
how I feel closed with them. Even though I stuck with serious problems such as health, my kids from my routine, I will get a balance when I lie on a soft grass, look at the sky and smell aroma from nature. For getting the happiness from natural, I must have contact with natural world similar Moore in her book. Not only using fiveA senses contact with nature, but we have to add our minds and souls to connect with it. Obviously, our emotions easily influence to our observing. For example, when I am happy, I cannot distinguish what I see because my emotion covers every scene; however, if I'm sorrow or disappointed, I will more receive a comfort from nature than I am happy. The nature will make you feel better if you connect with. The key of significant contact with the natural world is combining senses, mind, and emotion to gain happiness. This is an important ingredients for happiness that Moore wants to send for us in her book.
