This report mainly gives an overview of the legal system of Bangladesh and its history. The report gives special focus on the criminal procedures and systems used in Bangladesh. Moreover, the report also analyses two real life criminal cases with the help from the theories and techniques learned from the Legal Environment of Business Course.
