Ana Alternate Ending
The morning of September 1st, 1994, carried a cool breeze with a gentle hint of sunlight. Annora heaved her trunk out of the front door of her Grandma's house and into the awaiting taxi.
"You got everything you need, love?" her elderly grandma asked. She was perched at the front door watching Annora.
"Yes, ma. I'm 100% sure." she nodded at her grandma.
"Well, if you do need anything be sure to owl us Ana." her grandfather came up behind his wife, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. He placed a light kiss on her forehead and she beamed up at him.
Annora jogged back up he steps to her house. She wrapped both of her grandparents in her arms.
"Have a good year at school Ana." her grandfather placed his hands on either side of her shoulders,

Annora hugged Maria just as tight. When she let go, she noticed that the two Ravenclaws had their hands intertwined.
"So.......I see you guys had an eventful Summer!" Leah wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, her eyes were flickering down to their hands.
Both blushed a bright red but didn't let go. Leah burst out into a fit of witch-like cackles.William wrapped his arm around Maria's waist and held her closer.

The scarlet steam engine whistled loudly bringing her out of her thoughts.
"Hey guys we'll meet you on the train." Cedric moved off to his parents to say goodbye. William and Maria followed on.
Annora felt a pang of jealousy and a twinge of sadness deep inside of her. She had no parents to say goodbye to.
Annora buried those feelings deep inside of her and locked them up in her heart. No need to burden others with your

Her book lay forgotten in her lap.
A rap on the door brought Annora out of her reverie.
"Anything from the trolley dears?" asked the old lady.
Leah jumped up immediately. Her pockets were jingling with gold.
---
Leah was still sprawled across the seat, Annora at the window.
The compartment was silent with the exception of Leah's chewing sounds,. Every once in a while you would hear Leah mutter something along the lines of "Gross, booger flavor" or "Why is this even in here?".
Annora was quietly sketching in the silent compartment when a sudden cold chill swept over the train. All of the lights flickered feebly before completely dousing them in darkness.
Is was as if all of the happiness seemed to drain from the world and the window condensation turned to frost. Even the color in Annora's sketches seemed to wither away turning into various shades of grey,
Leah sat up shivering in her robes.
"What the hell is going on Ana" she demanded.
Annora hushed her friend. A high-pitched screeching sound, not unlike the sound of nails on a chalkboard was heard and both girls jumped up, colliding into each other.
The two girls fell back onto the seat Annora was previously
