Therefore, Mr. B self-esteem and confidence can be increased if he takes part in activities. Him doing this can help is clinical issues to improved.
However, according to Carr (2004) power relationship can be factor for non-participation of service user. For example, there can be some differences in influence and power between the care professionals and service users thy make it very hard for service users to listen to.
