EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Organization is a place where cultural processes happen, but it is also an outcome of those processes working in society.

External forces create both opportunities and threats for the organization and they have a rippling effect on both the structure and culture of the organization.

Culture and strategy are not just related, or similar, but strategy is a cultural phenomenon and culture is strategy.

An effective organizational structure coupled with ethical culture in an organization increase efficiency.

1. INTRODUCTION

In the constantly changing environment that organizations operate in. It is imperative for organizations to regularly analyze the general environment that it operates in, in order to foresee the challenges and be able to combat the rippling
