EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Organization is a place where cultural processes happen, but it is also an outcome of those processes working in society.
External forces create both opportunities and threats for the organization and they have a rippling effect on both the structure and culture of the organization.
Culture and strategy are not just related, or similar, but strategy is a cultural phenomenon and culture is strategy.
An effective organizational structure coupled with ethical culture in an organization increase efficiency.
