Kwality Walls- the brand with the red and white heart logo - is being loved worldwide for its wide variety of products.
When it first entered India, Kwality Walls found out that the consumers were still bias toward traditional sweets, so the company launched a strategy to turn them into buyers. “Kwality Walls has introduced some blockbuster ice creams with the new assortment of flavors and ethnic tastes especially for them.” (Bhasin, n.d)
“Indulgent treats like Cornetto & Feast (for teens and young adults)” (Unilever H. , n.d.) . The Feast Range features delicious products like Jaljeera Blast, Mango Zap, and Calypso Punch. “It opened its first Swirl Parlor in the NCR region” (Bhasin, n.d) and later in malls and shopping centers where they can serve the noble class. As of 2010, Kwality has “more than 250 Swirl’s parlors across the country”. (Walls, Myths & Facts, 2010). This has proved to be a unique and a profitable venture and the consumers have appreciated it. Acorrding to its Kwality Walls Indian home website, Kwality Walls also has around 7000 vendors on Trikes across India to help speard the joy. “Kwality Walls ice creams are sold in many Indian cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai.” (Bhasin, n.d). Outside of India, Kwality Walls sells its Frozen Dessert products “in Malaysia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Brazil, Australia and Singapore.” (Bhasin, n.d). In August 2013, it stepped into the markets of Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Brunei and revolutionized the concept of ice creams. (Wikipedia, 2016)
The distribution is mostly through C&F agents or to direct company outlets. The C&F agents are “carrying and forwarding agents” (Bhasin, n.d) that will store the products with a little fee. From this storage facility, products are delivered to distributors who will then distribute it to end

To conquer the Indian market, Kwality Walls has use celebrities endorsement strateg, likes to attract teenager, Kwality Walls chose the famous actors, Yami Gautam and Siddharth Malhotra , famous actor and actress who had helped made the Cornetto ads immortal amongs Indian, then for children ads, Kwality Walls chose Jay Thakkar, the child actor to act in the Paddle Pop advertisements.
Later on, to increase consumption in households, a variety of the products and many offers have been introduced, likes the “super saver packs, one on one free, special discount, added amount of ice cream at the earlier price.” (Bhasin, n.d)
With so much effort Hindustan Unilever has put out to promote Kwality Walls, we can see very clearly that Kwality Walls is here to stay and plans to conquer the Indian
