1.1 The 140th Aerodrome Security Committee meeting was chaired by Mrs. Lindy-Ann Horsford-Redman, Manager Airport Operations and Services (Ag.). The morning’s proceedings commenced with a prayer.
2.0 READING AND CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES
2.1 Confirmation of Minutes:
2.1.1 Correction: 6.7.1. Immigration.
2.1.2 Correction: 6.12 Ms. De Souza.
2.2 The minutes of the 138th meeting was confirmed on a motion by Ms. De Souza and seconded by Insp. Dennis.
3.0 MATTERS ARISING OUT OF THE MINUTES
3.1 Emergency Fuel Shutoff System antenna has been replaced and the issue resolved.
3.1.1 Mr. Chance stated that a Caribbean Airlines Agent requested a session (orientation) and clarification as to when the system should be activated.

Consultations are on the way for solutions on reducing bird strikes. No operational disruptions occurred due to incidents.
3.5 Stray animal issue have been addressed to some extent. Stray dogs caused a delay in operations. AATT -Maintenance Department have been working on minor breaches to the fence.
4.0 INTERNAL MODIFICATION WORKS
4.1 Attendees were informed that the Internal Modification Scope works are 100% completed. Variation items are being closed off by Lifetime Roofing. Lifetime Roofing are the only active contractors on the compound.
4.1.1 Alpha Internal Modification Scope have been completed. 2 to 3 Alpha staffers are on site for closing adjustments.
4.1.2 Minor projects such as customs preventative and SITA Office is still pending. Signage depicting what the Airport should look like after modifications are being removed.
4.1.3 Unable to be completed in project was the extension of driveway roof to deter rain from blowing in. Project will be pursued at a later date.
4.1.4 Ms. Piggott reported leakages in the baggage hall, the entrance of Customs and Excise, as well as, the assigned kitchen
