Analysis Of The Dynamic Character In The Wizard Of Oz, By L. Frank Baum
In The Wizard of Oz written by L. Frank Baum, Dorothy was the dynamic character undergoing change throughout the movie. For example, at the beginning of the story, Dorothy is unhappy with her life and wishes to be somewhere except for home. These are her initial feelings at the beginning of the movie, and they seem to change as the movie progresses on. As the movie continues, Dorothy’s feelings change, when she is in Oz with her new friends. At this time, she is happy and joyful. Dorothy’s feelings change from sad and unhappy to upbeat and positive once she had gotten to Oz. Lastly, as Dorothy stays in Oz longer and longer, she wants to go home and reunite with her family. Since being in Oz and experiencing what she did, Dorothy had changed
