Analyzing The Transport Properties Of Graphene Using Ensemble Monte Carlo Simulation?
When I was child, there was a Television program named MacGyver telecast every Wednesday in a week which I enjoyed most. How the MacGyver works to solve serious problem with everyday items was very much intriguing to me. Seeing my enthusiasm about MacGyver TV series, my father told me that learn mathematics properly if you want to be like MacGyver. I guess that was the foundation for me to be an engineer. Since then I have been always trying to solve things whether it is a mathematical problem or a daily life problem, no matter it is beyond me or not.
I was very much fascinated to science since my childhood and still now, which actually played a vital role to be an engineer as an engineer knows better how to relate theoretical mathematics with

My undergraduate thesis topic was “Analysis the transport properties of graphene using Ensemble Monte Carlo Simulation” in which I studied electrical conductivity, effect of temperature on graphene by varying temperature, effect of electric field on drift velocity, effect of scattering on mobility, observed its some mechanical properties like stress enduring capability etc. in a form of carbon nanotube and carbon nanotube is actually cylindrical form of graphene sheet. The most amazing fact about graphene is it a semi-metal because of having overlap of two bands, although it is different from other semi-metals like- arsenic, antimony, and bismuth . I have achieved A+ grade in my thesis and not only in the thesis but also I got good grade in all semiconductor related subjects in my undergraduate level. I have decent command on MathLab programming language. Nowadays research programs related to graphene has been a sign of advancement for any institution whether it is educational or …show more content…
Research work is an arduous task requiring a lot of perseverance and not to be frustrated after getting so many failures and I’m ready to take this challenge. I am properly aware of my perseverance, merit, ability to hard work which is profoundly needed for research work. When I sat for GRE for the first time, I didn’t able to score well despite putting a lot of efforts of me. I was so disappointed with myself. With my regular job, it was difficult for me to concentrate on GRE preparation again as IT related job requires that you be prepared for any kind of faults which may occur at data center or any part of the network. Sometimes I had to stay whole night at office to bring system online. Because of perseverance, determination, hard work, , I have been able to surpass the GRE hurdle with a good score. I think that experience was immensely beneficial for me by having a lesson about patience when anything is not working according to your plan. Moreover during my academic life so far, I have learnt how to be patient, how to be fully focused on the matter that hold most importance and it is the only way to be an engineer in this part of the world as resources are very limited in comparison to receivers

I can still vividly recall the eleven-year-old me fawning over the likes of Lawrence Krauss and Neil Degrasse Tyson. I was completely immersed in everything and anything pertaining to the vast universe beyond our seemingly insignificant world. I thought I had it all figured out. I would devote my life to being an astrophysicist and eventually earn my PhD. I would relish in the pink lettering on my wall that said “Dr. Mia”, but as I approach my late teens, my mind has been bombarded with what-ifs and buts. Irrespective of my change of heart, I still have an intense passion for math and science since it is how we explain the world around us, and that is why I have settled on biomedical engineering.…

I have been interested in science and math since I was reading books with science experiments in second grade. Applying math and science skills to solve everyday problems has intrigued me from an early age. I am always curious about how things work. Since taking AP Physics this year, I have been able to appreciate how math and science work together. I have taken other rigorous courses, but often it felt like learning math was isolated from other coursework. Math challenges me to problem solve and think at a higher level. I also love science, but until I took AP Physics my science classes were too easy. The labs in freshmen and sophomore science were enjoyable, but I never got a sense of how they connected to other concepts in Biology and Chemistry.…

In the aftermath of the previous year’s I realized that if I put my mind and effort in something I can do it. Math was a subject that I thought was going to always bring me down. But since my love for sports is greater I knew I had work I had to do, and now I actually love math. When given the chance I watch math video on YouTube. I have a favorite YouTuber names Vsause. His videos contain a mixture of science, math, and physiology. One particular video that is my favorite is when he is describing how humans have sent out many messages out in space that gives out a descriptions of who and what we are and things that are popular in our society at the time; as well as the coordinates to our location. It’s so interesting how math has a major part in life and in everything we do. When in geometry class I thought to myself “How is this going to help me in the future?” But later on, when reading the history of math, geometry is actually useful. We use if for many things like architectural designing, and in computer…

I have completed my undergraduate course in Mechanical Engineering and Master degree course in Aerospace Engineering specialized in Aerodynamics from the most prestigious and finest engineering institutions in India, and received undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT - Chennai) and Master degree from Indian Institute of Science (IISc - Bangalore). I was admitted into these institutes after acquiring the top ranks in the entrances exams which are considered to be the most tough competitive exams in technical and research studies in India. IIT (Chennai) and IISc (Bangalore) are consistently among the top best technical and research institutes in India with students admitted to the Institutes through the highly competitive Entrance Exam which has about 250,000 applicants across the country every year. Among qualified students, only the top1% manages to make it to the IIT(Chennai) and IISc(Bangalore) in which my departments are the most refuted. Hence, at these institutes we interact and live with the best minds…

From a very young age I had aspirations of becoming an engineer. As a child I used to open up my toy cars and robots, to take a look inside them, to check how they walk on their own. I used to take a screw driver and some old motors and pretend that I was really working hard to fix them. It was then when I realized that there was something that made these toy robots walk and that there was some reason why electricity lights up a light bulb and that was how physics started to fascinate me.…

Right from my childhood I had a strong inclination to be a Computer Science Engineer or Programmer. My interest in the subject has grown with each passing year and it has reached where even PhD will not quench my thirst for knowledge. I have come to terms with the fact that there is an enormous proportion of subject to be assimilated. I want to take up a research oriented course for my career. A natural aptitude for mathematics, a sense of logic, analytical ability, capacity for diligent work and high academic credentials secured me a place in THAMAR University. The four years curriculum exposed me to the entire gamut of computer courses thus laying a strong foundation for both my Hardware and Software fundamentals. My main areas of interest were Computer Graphics and Multimedia. I enjoyed the course in Networks (e.g Cisco CCNA and Microsoft SCCM 2007). My interest in Graphics and Database also. My final year project was Interactive Web Pages on Server (IWPS). The project was completed in a period of 6 months using ASP.NET as front End and Visual Studio as the back End. Through the Al-JOUF University at my Work I took up a position as ‘Team Leader’ in Software Dept . This helped me learn about the application of IT within a Team. I found that as one of the more competitive members of our team, I was committed to our success and as a result I took on a lot of the responsibilities of running the University. From this I have a better understanding of the objectives of Team Work. The importance of time management, prioritization, delegation, team working and motivating others.…
