Distinguished Guests and delegates to the Conference from all over India,
My dear colleagues from NAL and other sister laboratories of
CSIR,
Members of the media covering the event,
It is indeed a great pleasure to welcome you all to NAL on this important and historic occasion.
We have had many events and functions in this auditorium in the past, in fact, a good number of them in the past one year alone. But, believe me, today is a very special day.
It is a very special day because, for all of us assembled here, today is the time for triple or three fold celebrations:

The first celebration is of course the fact that today is the birth day of one of the greatest sons of modern India, Bharatratna Dr B R
Ambedkar, the father of the Indian constitution, eminent jurist and educationist; and a committed social reformer. He was a champion of the under privileged and downtrodden population, particularly those belonging to the SC and ST communities, and worked ceaselessly for their empowerment. We pay our respectful homage to him on this occasion. Today is also the New Year Day and UGADI,
Vishu for those who follow the solar calendar. Hence, Happy Ugadi and New Year to all of you.
The second reason for the celebrations is the fact that we are in the
Golden Jubilee Year of the National Aerospace Laboratories, with this conference as one of the main events. The special year and the celebrations commenced in the month of June last

We all have experience of ‘celebration’. When I think of a celebration what comes to mind are the external factors, the cake, candles, and the food. Sometimes we forget the real meaning of celebration, the story behind the festivity. The celebration of the sacrament of the Eucharist is where we find our story.…

I think you should take second opinion. Tongue tie, professionally known as ankyloglossia, is a congenital condition in which the lingual (tongue) or labial (lip) frenulum is too tight, causing restriction in movement that can cause significant difficulty with breastfeeding and, in some instances, other health concerns like dental, digestive and speech issues. I don’t think so it is related to psychological behavior. Release or snipping of the tight frenulum can improve the baby’s ability to breastfeed. Snipping a tight frenulum in young babies is a simple procedure that takes only second or two. No anaesthetic is…

Today is a special day. It’s one of those normal Sundays, bright, clear, with sunshine. I got up late in the morning and had a breakfast lunch. I went to watch football match and cheered for my schoolmates. I played basketball in the evening and won the very crucial game. I did nothing special; nevertheless, it’s a special day. I awoke to see bright sun light when the kids in Sichuan Province were suffering a disastrous earthquake. I jumped very high to make a basket when many people even have difficulty walking. I have friends to share happiness and sadness. I have a beloved mother to care about me. I am so lucky today that it’s a special day for me.…
