1)Have you ever played with a puppy and the puppy bit you? What would you do? Would you let the USA just take the pup and execute it? Well, a lot of people are letting that happen! The USA should not be able to do that and here are the reasons. 2)First and foremost, dog love to play and most of the time they are only trying to protect someone from a person that looks suspicious. Or someone is taking something away from the dog while he is using it. If they bite someone, it’s most likely out of self-defence. They also might not know that they are hurting the person.
