Every year, millions of animals are killed for the clothing industry all in the name of fashion. Many of these clothes come from Chinese Fur Farms, Indian Slaughterhouse, or the Australian Outback. There is a huge amount of suffering that goes into every piece of fur clothing, leather belt and many other clothing pieces. Chinese fur farms are the biggest farms in the fur clothing industry, there have been many undercover videos surfacing about the Chinese Fur Farms and their horrible mistreatment they do towards the animals. Videos show that many animals are still alive and struggling when workers flip them onto their backs or hang them up by their legs or tail to skin them. When the workers begin to cut the skin and fur from an animal’s leg, the other limbs kick and writhe. Workers then begin to stomp on the necks and heads of animals who struggle too hard to allow a clean cut. When the fur is finally peeled off and over the animal’s heads, their naked, bloody bodies are thrown into a pile of those who suffered the same fate. Some are still alive when they are thrown into the pile, some are still alive for up to ten minutes after.
