1. Today I will be discussing my opinion Animal cruelty, this topic is a serious issue to me and I am extremely passionate about it. No animal or human should be raised into this world for the purpose of our taste buds. All around the world, there is millions of animals tortured and neglected by coward humans and feel no guilt at all. But really who is the cowards? Is it the ones that are killing innocent animals, or Is it those who destroy lives for our taste buds and nothing more?
2. Animal cruelty can take many different forms, It includes intentional acts of violence towards animals, but also includes neglect or failure to provide welfare of an animal under ones control, such as ; appropriate meals and constant water supply and of course attention and love. In addition to this, It is important to also remember that animal cruelty is not restricted to cases just involving physical harm. Causing animal’s psychological harm in the form of distress, torment, or terror may also constitute to animal cruelty.
3. Behind factory farm doors, I suppose nobody can really relate to what these animals go through, the story most chickens share is life in a factory farm, and the price they pay is immense. Today I am going to be sharing a little bit of how life is for each animal in the farm.
4. CHICKENS: Most people don’t realise that birds like this one, will be as young as at least 5 weeks old when they are sent to the slaughter house. Yet in these short weeks this bird will have experienced a life time or suffering. Chickens who are raised for meat have been selectively bred to grow at 3 times their natural rate, causing their bodies to grow excessively fast; their legs struggle to cope, many birds die and unable to life their own weight to reach food or water.
