Animal Experimentation Is Wrong
Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong , and some of the wrong brings good outcomes .Debating between getting new products that are beneficial for our health ,and fighting against the use of animals to get the products that everyone at the end will use. Animal experimentation is wrong because it has a lot of facts animals have rights no matter what kind of animal is ,in laboratories they’re treated badly and used more than once by different products. Scientist and studies have proved that animals live in constant distress and pain and that more than 1,000 thousand of animals died for each experiment . Many of the deaths caused by the experimentation were unnecessary.People think that a life of a person is more …show more content…

A 2006 study in JAMA [Journal of the American Medical Association] concluded that, "patients and physicians should remain cautious about extrapolating the findings of prominent animal research to the care of human disease," and that "even high-quality animal studies will replicate poorly in human clinical research."(Dvorsky George). This demonstrates that if they continue to do experiments on animals that they know the data would not be accurate, if scientists create new cells people will refuse to the use of the new technological research because not animal experimentation nor technological advancements will be enough and accurate to human well . Consequently, there will be a change in the data of research because people have always relied on animal experimentation this change would take years ,even though the U.S military , universities ,and private companies that are using virtual simulated human skin cell to increase the accuracy of technology. To implement the plan that William Russell and Rex Burch …show more content…

In both cases the animal usage is cruel and a horrible practice they should get rid of both. This might be consider as hypocrisy because we’re against it ,but we still know that we won’t stop using the products that the animals have suffered and died from , we still need them we can’t live without it.Satisfaction and ambition are what make us cruel ,we need accurate products for the human to feel healthy. If people feels great with a product ,they tend to buy more of it , and from it get economic resources to replace billions of dollars spent on healthcare and medical researches. If the government approves a law against animals experimentation and poultry , how are they going to bring more income if the people are use to the norms they have seen , since they got memory and knowing that people are conservatives

The first reason why animal research should not be allowed is that testing on animals is cruel and inhumane. According Clifford Sean in his book, "Animal Research", animal right activists have gathered much information that has closed down laboratories that violate anti-cruelty statutes. This includes a 1984 video tape stolen from the University of Pensilvania Head Injury clinic. The video tape involves anesthetized baboons receiving blows to the head to break their necks and cause brain damage. In the same book Alex Pacheco tells about the conditions he witnessed in a monkey laboratory, and expresses how horrified he was by the painful experiments these monkeys have to go through. In this laboratories young chimpanzees are infected with deseases, put into tiny cages, and left ther for several years. This inhumane treatment should be used on brakers of the law instead of these inocent, unprotected animals. Animal research it's cruel and inhumane, but it's also sometimes inaccurate.…

In the first place, animals are being killed after testing, which is considered immoral in today’s society. We are killing innocent animals for our benefits when there are other alternatives, such as computer stimulations, to choose from. Moreover, these same animals can be in a lovable family instead of a deadly lab. We all know life is valuable. You only get one shot at it. If it is so valuable, then why take away the life of innocent animals? Don’t they deserve a chance at life, too? Animals being killed after testing isn’t the only reason this problem must be eradicated, but also because it…

Animal experimentation saves lives and makes vaccines for diseases. But, millions of animals die for experimentation and it doesn’t work every time, even people die because of false information. Animals are important in their habitats and kingdoms. If people take them, then they can't do their jobs. Animal experimentation is not needed for us because of how many animals die for it and how many false procedures there are that also kill people.…

It is not morally acceptable for scientists to use live animals in research for medicine that can be used to cure humans. Today we continue to use animals in experiments to learn more about health problems that affect both humans and animals and to ensure the safety of new medical treatments. Now that we know the purpose of animal testing, is it really worth killing millions of innocent animals? This practice is morally wrong and inconsiderate of us for letting this happen. People should stop using animals as experiment subjects and utilize the advance technology that we have now. This is happening because we are letting it happen! We have to start by educating others on this issue because the lack of knowledge on animal testing is why people…

Research shows that 26 million animals have been used for testing of all different kinds. 26 million animals have been put through wringer for the sake of a human. 26 million animals have had no say, defense, or chance to save themselves. Animals are used as human experiments to see if a certain product can work or not. Animal testing is wrong on many different levels. If humans are not willing to use, test and experiment on themselves, why should one be allowed to test on an animal who has no say in what happens.…

Imagine a young girl, sitting in her dinning room with her loving family. She is about to partake in her mother’s famous lasagna, when suddenly, huge creatures burst into the room and grab the little girl and her family. The leering eyed creatures stuff the innocent family into cages, too small for their bodies, and shove them into vans. As the girl’s last days roll by she watches both herself and her family being treated like “tens of millions of animals hidden in laboratories on college campuses and research facilities being dissected, infected, injected, gassed, burned and blinded.” (“The truth about…

In addition with no enforced laws, animals produce different results than humans. For instance, lead in w/transition “Even within the same species, similar disparities can be found among different sexes, breeds, age and weight ranges, and ethnic backgrounds” (“Results from Research…” n.pag.) The research people are doing will have an unlikely result in succeeding and or curing because they do not consider different characteristics of animals. Even with animals of the same species, there is no guarantee that all outcomes will be the same. Examine results show, “Animal studies are flawed by design. In addition to the fact that animals make poor surrogates for humans, the design of animal experiments is often inherently flawed, making it that much more unlikely that results obtained from such studies will be useful” (“Results from Research…”n.pag) The experiments we use on animals have no impact on human lives because even though animals have a similar body structure, they do not always correspond with the human anatomy. Scientists should put in more consideration with size, shape, skin, and different ways breeds function.…

Your lipstick is to die for. Literally. Right now, millions of mice, rabbits, primates, cats, dogs, and other animals are locked inside cages across the country waiting for the next painful and terrifying experiment to be performed on them. Before we conduct another experiment, we need to consider our treatment of others, both humans and non-humans. Animal testing is a form of animal cruelty that is no longer necessary or acceptable. There are many alternatives to animal testing that still ensure that the product is safe for humans. In addition to this, different species react differently to the same substances, so the tests aren't always accurate.…

Animals testing is unethical because the pain and suffering that they are subjected to is not worth any possible benefits to humans. Scientists inject animals with irritating chemicals, genetically manipulate them to cause rare and painful genetic diseases, give them cancer and other diseases, and cause other injuries in the name of science. These animals are not given painkillers and are forced to endure prolonged agony before eventually dying…

Animal experimentation is not only cruel, but expensive as well. Thankfully, there are accurate, cheaper and quicker alternatives. First, there are the In vitro tests which are used to diagnose disease or health of patients using the patient's blood sample or body tissue. Another is microdosing, where humans are given low quantities of a product to test the effects on the body, without affecting the whole body system. There are also many computerized patient-drug databases, virtual drug trials, and stem cell and genetic testing methods. The United States alone spends about $16 billion dollars every year, coming from taxpayers, for animal experimentation. Just think about how much money the US could save if it abolished animal testing as a whole. The US has been in debt and in a depression for years, yet it continues to throw money down the toilet just to torture and kill animals. Animals are NOT the only way to test…

In addition, while many see animal testing as a valuable way to spend taxpayer’s money due to it providing helpful information toward human health, it is simply not true. Animal experimentation has been proven to be economically deficient, too much for too little. For example, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), emphasizes that every year, “The U.S, animal experimentation gobbles up billions of dollars”. This is essentially wasted money to find “new cures” for many diseases. With all the funds being used on medical research by animal experimentation, why is the US ranked 49th for life expectancy? With all the money being used to experiment, wouldn’t you think we would be ranked higher? Too much money is being spent on torturing…
