Anne Frank Impact

“I don’t think of all the misery, but of all the beauty that still remains.” This is just one of the things said by Anne Frank that inspired people around the world. “Holocaust victim and famous diarist,” (Bio) Anne Frank was born on June 12th, 1929. She is well known for writing a diary filled with hope and suffering during the holocaust. Anne frank inspired many people to see the best of any situation. “Frank was born on the eve of dramatic changes.” (Bio) “The Franks were a typical upper-class German-Jewish family.” (Bio) On January 20, 1933 Hitler became chancellor of Germany and the Frank family realised it was time to flee. In her diary she described the circumstances of her hiding and the concentration camps. “Some betrayed the depth of despair into which she occasionally sunk during day after day of confinement.”(Bio) She also wrote how she felt about hiding and the situations that were going on. After Otto Frank escaped from the concentration camp he found Anne's diary and decided to publish it.

Anne Frank had a huge impact on society. She didn't just tell us about the horrible conditions of the holocaust. She showed us how it is possible to always look at things on the bright side no matter the situation.
