"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world", this quote was from Anne's legendary journal (Frank). The quote is about how no one can wait to make changes and that people need to take action because no one else is going to do it. Today in society too many people don't do anything, they want someone else to do it for them. Not everyone was like that though, Anne wanted to enhance the world. Unfortunately she never got the chance to, but she did her best by writing a diary with inspiration and encouragement. Anne Frank's book is "recognized as a monument to the courage and strength of the hum spirit" ("Diary of Anne Frank"). During this dark time and because of Anne's diary, the whole world knows it. She is recognized as a symbol of bravery and strength, through the whole world and her thoughts will remind people what was lost. Able to face terror with courage, made Anne amazing. She writes honestly in her journal displaying her as a symbol of hope (Frank qtd. in "Anne Frank"). Rather than her writing being wordy and immature, it was honest and straight forward. The writing was so amazing because she still had her perceptions of everyday life, making it relatable with petty everyday problems. This was most likely because it was a diary meant for providing eyes only. Her journal gave courage to the millions of people who read it. Refusing to give up hope during the darkest time of the Holocaust, her journal was the voice heard for the millions who died( Lewis). Anne was so brave during this dark time, she kept hope in her heart, by making plans for the future. Her journal with her words is one of the most remembered things from the holocaust. All the lost by people is because they realized all the life they had through Anne's life and her diary. Anne's diary was honest, therefore making it a symbol and being the voice to all those lost in the
