This source is dated in March 2013, this is very timely because it is very recent and the material is not outdated. I find this source to be very credible because the people who conducted the study are all Medical Doctors who conducted this study in a medical facility. These doctors are well known and have been practicing for many years. These doctors are specialists when it comes to Pediatrics. This study was a very intensive study. This source relates to my paper because it gives very detailed information on dietary intake of youth that has just acquired a recent onset of type 2 Diabetes. It also does a study of every ethnic group of 699 youth aged 10 to 17 years. This study will provide us with the answers I seek in giving us what type of foods are these youth consuming, what are they least consuming. What has this attributed to the onset of type 2 diabetes, and what can be done to prevent it, and control it as far as nutrition is concerned.
