Grudging partner article explains about the importance of U.S military toward South Korea’s economy and security relationship. South Korea has worked closely with U.S. military forces in maintaining a strong alliance with the United States. Most of South Korea believes that the U.S. military presence is crucial for South Korea’s national security in fighting with North Korea.
Seongho gave numerous details about the importance of United States presence in the South Korea. He also supported more information about the complex relationship between the North and the South Korea. This article helps me a lot in finding information for my research. In the “US airpower in Korea” article,The US military presence in South Korea stops North Korean nuclear ambitions. If North Korea develops nuclear weapon, it would be a serious threat to the security and peace of every nations in Asia even the US. US forces in Japan, Guam, Alaska, and other locations can serve as a deterrent to North Korea’s nuclear ambitions.
Mark gave some details about the importance of the US presence in Asian area and how the US military tries to stop North Korea’s nuclear ambition. If North Korea can make nuclear weapon, it will bring negative effects on the peace and security in the area. Through the article, I know more about the importance of nuclear weapon in military and how it will be if the North Korea develops nuclear weapon.
