Antarctic Fur seals feed fish, birds, penguins, squid and krill with krill making up most of the diet. Did you know, Every Year One Fur Seal will eat as much as one ton of krill.
The Weight of a Adult Male is Up to 200 Kilograms, Adult Females can weigh up to 40 Kilograms and Pups Weigh between 3-7 Kilograms. Did you know that the Male Pups actually weigh more than the Female Pups?
Males average length is 1.8 Meters and Females average Length is 1.2-1.4 Meters. Adult Males can live up to 15 Years of Age, while the Adult Females can live up to 23 Years!?!
